Ritch is responsible for Disney Music Group in EMEA overseeing recorded music, music publishing and live music initiatives.

Ritch oversees a central team and leads relationships with key licensees including Universal Music Group, Universal Music Publishing Group and Kiddinx.

Previously, Ritch spent four years as Vice President, Global Digital Marketing and Content Partnerships at Warner Music Group working with artists including Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Madonna, Muse and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Prior to that, Ritch spent over a decade in consumer marketing agencies leading digital innovation, working with clients including Coca-Cola Worldwide, Barclays Premier League and Unilever.
