Disney UK picked up three awards – Best Partnership, Best Premiere and Marketing Team of the Year at the Screen Awards, held at The Ballroom, Southbank London.
Last Thursday (29th November) the Screen Awards unveiled its 2018 winners, recognising excellence in UK marketing, distribution and exhibition over the past 12 months. The awards were presented at a sold-out ceremony before over 500 assembled guests.
This year’s presenter, comedian Adam Buxton, took to the stage to host the evening’s proceedings and reveal the winners. With entries from nearly every major company in the industry, the competition was strong.
The Disney Media Sales & Partnerships team were presented with the Best Partnership of the Year Award for their Clarks Originals X Marvel’s Black Panther partnership campaign. The Studios Team were also commended for their work by winning Premiere of the Year for the premiere of Star Wars: The Last Jedi and the Marketing Team won the Marketing Team of the Year Award.
