Disney MENA and Dubai Fitness Challenge Inspire the Youth of Dubai to be More Active

Disney MENA have partnered with Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) to inspire children in Dubai to become more active through an exclusive 30-minute workout video – ‘30×30 with Disney’.

The DFC is an annual flagship fitness movement created in 2017 by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Sports Council. DFC encourages people of all ages, abilities and levels of fitness to commit to 30 minutes of exercise a day for 30 days and the Disney collaboration is based on a shared mission of encouraging societal wellness and spreading happiness particularly for the future generation.

The ‘30×30 with Disney’ video was specially designed for children and young people from ages five to 15, and was inspired by moves from well-known Disney and Pixar characters from animated movies like Aladdin, Mulan, Frozen and Monsters Inc. The video brings the worlds of Disney, Marvel Studios and Pixar together in a fun, free and easy-to-follow workout format; allowing kids to be experimental and create their own versions of their favourite characters’ signature dance moves.

Disney debuted ‘30×30 with Disney’ during the DFC Opening Weekend Carnival on 26 October 2018, with the video then screened daily at four of DFC’s Fitness Villages across the city. The content was also made available on YouTube to further encourage kids to get their 30 minutes of fun and fitness each day.
